For those still giving for the holidays {and even for all others- I've always subscribed to the mantra better late than never}, let's talk about a gift in the running for the coolest and most thoughtful-- the gift that adds up, gives back and contributes to goodness.

It encourages people to make small {or even large} changes to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. WE ADD UP is an organic t-shirt campaign where each tee is custom printed with a number. Your number represents your position in the sequential global count! Our motto is: No one can do everything. Everyone can do something. And, WE ADD UP.


The idea is pretty brilliant and I'm enthusiastic about supporting it. All tees are 100% certified organic cotton, grown, woven, and sewn in the USA using sweatshop-free labor. And the company does give back a portion of their proceeds to environmental groups that are working towards the same cause.

So... back to the coolest gift this holiday: the "act now" kids tee and choose your action adult tees are just two of the options that We Add Up offers to do a little something that will make all the difference.

And p.s. I haven't tried the tees yet but they look lovely and the cause alone is reason enough to support. I would choose Organic in long sleeves.
